This silicon surface layer is generally only 0.2 to 0.9mm. If you process too much, the life of this bearing surface will be shortened.

 

The customer asked: why aluminum die castings, when polished, there will be black spots?

Answer: There are several reasons for this. There may be silica, or alumina formation. The solution is simple, using fresh aluminum ingots. However, the greatest possibility is from the release agent. It could be, we spray too much mold release. It is also possible that the organic content of the release agent is too high.
